SHIPPING AND CONDITIONS
We make our shipments by certified mail with the state company Correos unless chosen otherwise. The shipping time depends on our stock and the volume of work of the Post Office. We always try to make our best so that the orders arrive soon. In the event that the purchased product is not available in stock at that time and it has to be manufactured, the shipment may be delayed a few days. Our orders may take from 5 to 20 working days to be sent.
When making the shipment through the Correos company, the Correos delivery person (the postman) will deliver the order, or if the person is not at the address, they will leave a notification with a delivery notice indicating the collection period (in some cases a mail will be sent from the courier).
If with this receipt and the ID, the customer must go to their corresponding post office to pick up the order within 15 days (all this is reflected in the "delivery notice" that the postman leaves in the mailbox.)
If in these 15 days the customer is not going to pick up his order, Correos will send the order back to us. Once the situation is clarified, we compromise to send the order again as long as the customer pays us the amount for the new shipment. If you do not receive the tracking code automatically in your email, try checking spam. If you can't find it, contact me and I will locate it without any problem for you.
All purchases have 14 calendar days for returns in accordance with European regulations, except for personalized products or products that are printed by order such as t-shirts and sweatshirts, tote bags, prints, original drawings, photo, or ceramic. Underwear can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
